We all know feedback is essential for growth but not enough of us have any sense of how to do it without traumatizing each other or without reinforcing oppressive systems of what is and is not “acceptable”.

But what if you had practical tips and actionable steps to deliver feedback in a way that is consent-based, trauma-aware and generative? (this means it feels good for you to give and for them to receive)

This is the resource I've created to take my 10+ years as a mentor, manager and all around possibility activator into my best guidance for how to craft feedback that feels good for the Giver and Receiver.
